Tempe Small Business Emergency Loan Program
To aid Tempe business owners,Desert Financial has partnered with the City of Tempe to create the $1 million Tempe Small Business Emergency Loan Program. Business owners may receive a microloan between $5,000 and $20,000 at a 4% fixed rate, with a 48 month repayment term.
Am I eligible?
- Less than 50 employees
- Sole proprietorship, limited liability company, corporation, or other form of business enterprise, operating within the city of Tempe
- Up to three locations
- Operated in Tempe for more than two years
- FICO score of 640 or better
- Applicant agrees to use loan proceeds to offset the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic or resulting restrictions on applicant’s business
