Phoenix Commercial City Services Bill Relief Grant

THIS GRANT PROGRAM IS NOW CLOSED.

The City of Phoenix is offering grants to small businesses for unpaid water and sewer expenses as a result of financial impact from COVID-19. Businesses applying for the Phoenix Microbusiness Resiliency Grant and the Phoenix Small Business Relief Grants (round two) may apply for this grant program as well.

Am I eligible?

Operate in the city of Phoenix since January 1, 2019
Hold a commercial City Services account that was current prior to March 1, 2020
Gross sales declined in March and April 2020 compared to the same period in 2019
